The **Account Executive** will be pivotal in promoting and selling WowSuite, specifically focusing on CXwow, our AI-driven customer experience platform. **JOB SUMMARY**:
As an Account Executive for WowSuite, you will take charge of our sales drive, promoting and ensuring the successful implementation of our software products within various corporations. Leveraging your in-depth understanding of direct marketing, AI, and customer acquisition costs, you will work closely with our founders and development team to guide our sales team to new heights.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets for CXwow and expand our customer base.
- Establish sales goals by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Identify and pursue potential markets and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop powerful sales strategies.
- Provide market insights to the product development team.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Stay current on WowSuite products and industry trends.
- Work with the founders, development, and marketing to constantly improve WowSuite.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the software industry.
- Deep understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
- Demonstrable ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and practices.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence in the context of sales and marketing.
- Ability to manage and interpret sales data and analytics.
- Preference to those with existing client relationships in e-commerce.
