**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and budgeting.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
