**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide office managers with accurate data entry and information on request.
- Efficiently problem-solve and work independently
- Eficiently and effectively work on responsibilities and task as delegated.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Required Knowledge and Skills**
- Experience in HSE, HR, field crew logistics, and any administrative data entry an asset.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work site environment.
- Previous knowledge of aggregate crushing, paving or heavy equipment experience is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work well with others and take direction.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
