**The Job...**

Reporting into the Producer Team Lead, the Producer (Marketing Operations Manager) will creatively solve problems and have the ability to identify, dissect, and overcome roadblocks that could lead to missed deadlines.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Proactively managing the planning, roadmapping and delivery of marketing projects.
- Prioritising shifts and changes in marketing activities, ensuring both process and SLAs are respected.
- Proactively flagging deliverables at risk of missing deadlines.
- Identifying conflicts or roadblocks and providing potential solutions.
- Ensuring upcoming events, product releases, and other important milestones are added to the team's calendar, with plans submitted for approval in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the team and other service providers, ensuring total alignment of projects and resources.
- Managing JIRA and Confluence processes to make sure stakeholders stay true to their commitments and keep their tickets, roadmaps, and milestones updated with necessary information.
- Coordinating with internal teams to devise, revise, and improve, processes, workflows, SLAs, and support their adoption and adherence.
- Assisting the wider team with creative problem solving to remove or work-around roadblocks.
- Regular reporting on marketing plans, activity and process.

**About You...**

The Marketing Producer (Marketing Operations Manager), will essentially be bridging the gap between the marketing strategists and the operational teams. This means you'll need excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

**Here's some of the key experience you'll need to demonstrate**:

- Excellent all round communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong project management and time management skills; you'll be used to spinning many plates.
- Foundational understanding of marketing best practises.
- Atlassian product knowledge (JIRA & Confluence).
- The ability to manage people effectively in terms of resolving often time critical issues.
- A client services mentality - flexible and willing to collaborate openly with other functions.
- The ability to work variable schedules with consideration for multiple time zones and teams in various locations around the world.
- If you have experience in an operational or project management role within an entertainment industry firm, you'll definitely stand out.
