*Overview*

*Duties*
- Provide expert advice on immigration matters to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case details
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and legal representatives
- Conduct research on immigration laws and policies

*Qualifications*
- Proficient in English and Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in immigration consulting or related roles.
- Excellent knowledge of immigration policies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathetic and patient approach to understand and address the unique needs of each client.

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 3P9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
