Job Summary

Must know Chinese. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in navigating the complexities of immigration processes, providing expert advice and support throughout their journey. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this position.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive consultations to clients regarding immigration options and processes.
  • Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and applications for various immigration statuses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress using databases and records management systems.
  • Utilize project management skills to track timelines and ensure timely submission of applications.
  • Organize and manage client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Collaborate with other professionals within the firm to provide holistic support to clients.
  • Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies to provide accurate advice.
  • Use SharePoint and other software tools for efficient case management and communication.

Requirements

  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with databases for managing client information and case files.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Bilingual proficiency is preferred, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, including Windows operating environment.
  • Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms for document management is a plus.
  • Ability to procure necessary documents from clients efficiently.
  • Knowledge of project management principles as they relate to case handling.
  • Prior experience in immigration consulting or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
