Immigration Consultant Assistant
- Providing professional customer service, answering questions, solving problems and ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of the entire immigration process.
- Assist clients with the translation of documents, if required, to ensure accuracy

**Tenure Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Mandarin is required.
- College degree or above.
- Previous working experience as a consulting assistant, administrative assistant or similar role is an asset.
- Ability to organize and coordinate, able to complete tasks independently.
- Proficiency in using office software.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
