**Job Description**:
Immigration Consultant Assistant
- Providing professional customer service, answering questions, solving problems and ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of the entire immigration process.
- Assist clients with the translation of documents, if required, to ensure accuracy.

Manager Assistant
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in managing inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Support the Manager in implementing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
- Supervise and train staff members to maintain high standards of performance.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize processes and enhance overall productivity.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in customer service practices and able to handle diverse customer interactions.
- Experience in retail management, including cashiering, store management, and clerical duties.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and customers.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as payroll processing and record-keeping.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (written and verbal) and Mandarin is required.
- College degree or above.
- Previous working experience as a consulting assistant, administrative assistant or similar role is an asset.
- Ability to organize and coordinate, able to complete tasks independently.
- Proficiency in using office software.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
