**About the Role**

As our **Sales & Account Manager**, you’ll be the driving force behind our client relationships. You’ll reconnect with past partners, identify new opportunities, and provide consultative support to brands looking to grow within the cannabis space. This is not your typical pushy sales role—we’re looking for someone curious, strategic, and passionate about cannabis, who thrives on helping brands succeed while genuinely advocating for members.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Re-engage past clients, prospect new brands, and nurture long-term partnerships.
- **Consultative Sales**: Understand client needs, provide tailored marketing solutions, and support brand growth.
- **Strategic Prospecting**: Identify new opportunities in the Canadian and U.S. cannabis markets, leveraging your network and industry insights.
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns, ensuring client objectives are met.
- **Account Growth**: Track account performance, identify upsell opportunities, and manage renewals with a focus on value-driven sales.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

**Who You Are**
- **Cannabis Industry Insider**: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Canadian or U.S. cannabis industry with strong knowledge of brands, regulations, and compliance.
- **Relationship Builder**: Personable, professional, and able to cultivate trust with clients and stakeholders.
- **Consultative Sales Pro**: You prefer meaningful conversations over hard-selling, with a knack for identifying client needs and offering creative solutions.
- **Strategic Thinker**: Organized, resourceful, and capable of managing your pipeline efficiently.
- **Passionate Advocate**: A genuine interest in cannabis, budtender advocacy, and industry development.
- **Marketing-Savvy**: Familiar with brand marketing strategies, data-driven campaigns, and the role of retail influence.
- **Bonus**: Established network within the cannabis industry (LPs, tech companies, accessory brands, etc.).
