**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Maintain the general cleanliness of the store and stock room
- Use your cannabis knowledge to guide customers in making informed choices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and handle Uber orders.
- Menial administrative work during your downtime at the store

Absolute Requirements:

- Valid Cansell certificate and security clearance.
- Passion for cannabis and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Prior experience working in a cannabis retail environment

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- prior Cannabis Retail exp: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Cansell Certificate (required)
- Police Security Clearance (required)
