**Job Summary**
Minerva Cannabis is seeking a delivery driver for our flagship store in Toronto. We’re looking for knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic team members who are excited to join and excel in the cannabis industry.

The Delivery Driver we are looking for is responsible, conscientious, and excited about both cannabis and customer service. They need to have their own insured vehicle and responsibilities include:

- Providing fantastic customer service, when delivering product and ensuring compliance is met every step of the way.
- Through the ability to engage in conversation and ask questions that lead to a positive customer experience while in store waiting for orders to be fulfilled
- Educating customers on cannabis products, consumption methods, accessories and safe practices
- Building rapport with customers that encourage long term relationships with Minerva
- Staying up to date on industry trends, product announcements, and latest news
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, and abiding by all Government regulations regarding cannabis

**Requirements**:

- 19+ years of age
- Valid Cannsell Certificate
- A clean criminal background check
- A vehicle that is insured and safe to drive.
- Experience working in sales, retail and/or customer service
- Knowledge of cannabis, gained through the regulated or unregulated markets, is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible with availability and assigned duties
- Basic understanding of math and ability to work with a cannabis POS system, delivery system, google maps and other required apps.
- Passionate, fun, warm and friendly

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
