A UPS Store in Thornhill Vaughan has an opening for a customer service associate. If you like working in small but fast paced and creative environment, have a friendly and outgoing personality and you have above average computer skills, this may be a position for you.

The Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers. Associate will be providing guidance to the clients regarding the array of products and services that we provide. The main products are digital printing, shipping/courier services and mail boxes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- Operates all equipment, software, and devices like fax machine, photo copiers, printers, binding equipment, laminating equipment etc.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
- Day-to-day operations, including opening and closing of store
- Performs other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
- Organized, reliable, and responsible
- Detail oriented

WORKING HOURS Total hours would be about 20+ hours per week, mostly in the evenings, and Saturdays as required
