Job Title: Customer Service Attendant

Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Attendant and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Tag garments; organize orders, check out clients
- Assist with pick up and delivery orders
- Keep store clean and tidy
- Ability to multi task; work in a fast pace environment
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and answer queries

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills
