Job description

We want our customers to be inspired by our beautiful collections and experience exceptional customer service in a casual and friendly store environment. We are adding another sales associate to our fantastic team, approximately 10 - 15 hours per week in Shops on Steeles & 404, Thornhill.

**What You’ll do**
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers
- Exceed customer expectations by providing assistance with a positive attitude
- Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
- Is knowledgeable and educates self and others on merchandise
- Actively create a welcoming environment through teamwork and collaboration
- Advise customers of the benefits of our in-store programs
- Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
- Elevate the Shopping Experience
- Provide customers with exceptional one on one service to create lasting relationships and customer loyalty

- Previous retail experience preferred
- Standing, bending, lifting
- Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.

- An upbeat, positive attitude

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
