**Responsibilities**
- Create engaging content (text, image, video) for social media platforms.
- Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and audience in a timely manner.
- Embody the brand's personality and values in all online communications.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
- Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Participate in relevant online communities and forums to increase brand awareness.
- Track social media metrics (likes, shares, comments, clicks) to measure campaign success.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activities and insights gained.
- Recommend and implement new features or strategies to improve social media presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Experience in content creation (text, image, video).
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $16.55-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
