As a leader in innovative smart waste technology and value-added solutions, we are expanding our Client Services team and looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused individual to join us as a **National Account Coordinator**.

**Salary**: $50,000.00

**Job Summary**:
The National Account Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our national clients by managing service requests, coordinating vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate communication. This role is essential in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- ** Client Support**: Act as the primary point of contact for national clients, responding to inquiries and resolving service issues.
- ** Service Coordination**: Schedule and monitor waste and recycling services across multiple locations.
- ** Vendor Management**: Liaise with vendors to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- ** Data Management**: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare reports as needed.
- ** Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance client experience.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
