Plumbing Service Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator Assistant to join our plumbing service division.

The main responsibilities of this role include assisting the Sr. Scheduling Coordinator to dispatch Customer calls and providing administrative support to ensure our records and databases remain up to date.
- Coordinate the preventative maintenance schedule and service calls
- Update dispatch database
- Ensure work orders, files and reports are complete
- Order materials and parts, as needed
- Follow up with Service Technicians and Customers to ensure work is completed satisfactorily
- Resolve Service Technician or Customer concerns, should they arise
- Periodic coverage for the Sr. Scheduling Coordinator from time to time
- Other duties as required from time to time

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role; knowledge of plumbing service or new construction is considered a strong asset
- Clear communicator with a pleasant phone manner
- Effective at prioritizing items to meet strict deadlines
- Handles challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Punctual and reliable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of Jonas Software or other web-based service program is considered an asset

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
