Edmonton, Canada Stream-Flo Industries Ltd. Full time

**Key position functions include**:

- Responsible for day-to-day administration requirements for the Engineering group, including general organization, records management, and event coordination.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes, when required.
- Create and maintain SharePoint and OneFlo folders.
- Upload Engineering design files and maintenance manuals and maintain accurate naming conventions.
- Complete monthly Engineering report using SAP and Windchill.
- Assist with expense reports and submissions.
- Act as a ‘Responsible member’ of Apega, managing updates by adding and removing Engineers, as required.
- Print and distribute monthly safety posters.
- Assist the Quality department with MTR packages, when required.
- Book boardrooms, plan events and ensure boardroom organization and cleanliness.
- Provide reception relief coverage.
- Order and maintain office supplies/stationery, printed material (forms, envelopes, etc.) and custom stamps and distribute to appropriate areas and branches, when required.
- Set up and prepare for various in-house functions.
- Distribute incoming mail/interoffice mail.
- Liaison for secure paper shredding.
- Print and laminate visitor and contractor badges.
- Assist with pool vehicles, when required.
- Create salary purchase orders for International Wellhead Department.
- Maintain postage machine and ensure funds are available.
- Other duties, as assigned, by the Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Office Administration with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience in providing administrative support in the oil and gas industry would be an asset.
- Computer proficiency and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and customer service skills (confident public speaker).
- Strong interpersonal, time management, organizational and planning skills.
- Self-motivated, ability to work with minimum supervision, and a team player.
- Strong attention to detail.
