**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, maintaining financial integrity.
- Collaborate with bartenders to ensure timely service of beverages while adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Assist in compiling shift reports and daily revenue summaries.
- Report any operational or staff issues to the General Manager.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
- Experience in supervising staff, with excellent interpersonal skills to foster teamwork.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
