**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the floor staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and support staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor food preparation and handling procedures to guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Train new employees on company policies, food handling procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and to track sales data effectively.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in the hotel or restaurant industry with a focus on food service management.
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and food handling regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
- Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Proficient in using POS systems for managing orders and payments efficiently.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear interactions with team members and guests.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
