As a **Production Administrator** in our central commissary in Woodbridge, you will be responsible for most of the administrative tasks including acting as the buyer, record documentation, invoicing, compliance management and more. You will report directly to the **Production Manager**, and work alongside the R&D Chef and Bakery Supervisors.

This is a full time, Mon-Fri 9-5 in-office role. The position is salaried with benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage supply chain cycle from placing purchase orders, verifying received goods, to processing invoices.
- Ensure correct inventory of ingredients and products, maintaining accurate counts and reporting.
- Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure proper planning and forecasting
- Ensure all data within our ERP software is accurate and up to date
- Conduct supplier outreach to ensure up to date forms (e.g. GFSI, Kosher, Halal Certifications).

**Requirements**:

- Organized, meticulous, and detail oriented
- Proficient with computers, including Word & Excel
- Able to work quickly and efficiently while multitasking
- Experience with GFSI, GMP, or HACCP programs would be an asset
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset, but is not required as we will provide training.

It is accessible with public transportation and has plentiful on-site parking.
