As a **Business Analyst / Production Administrato**r in our corporate head office/central manufacturing bakery in Woodbridge, you will be responsible for most of the administrative tasks including purchasing, logistics planning, record documentation, compliance management and more. You will report directly to the Production Manager, and work alongside the rest of the fabulous team of R&D Chef and Bakery Supervisors.

We will teach you how to do the role well, so long as you are organized, meticulous, and detail oriented.

This is a full time, Mon-Fri 9-5 in-office role. The position is salaried with benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage supply chain cycle from calculating inventory and placing purchase orders, to processing invoices.
- Oversee logistics planning, including multiple vehicle route planning for deliveries 7 days/week
- Ensure correct inventory of ingredients and products, maintaining accurate counts and reporting, overseeing warehouse team
- Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure proper planning and forecasting
- Ensure all data within our ERP software is accurate and up to date
- Conduct supplier outreach to ensure up to date forms (e.g. GFSI, Kosher, Halal Certifications).
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Organized, meticulous, and detail oriented
- Proficient with computers, including Word & Excel.
- Experience with an ERP (Netsuite, Acumatica, Aptean, etc) preferred
- Able to work quickly and efficiently while multitasking
- Experience with GFSI, GMP, or HACCP programs would be an asset, but not ncessary
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset, but is not required as we will provide training.
