Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize office files and documents.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, such as tracking expenses and preparing reports.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee records.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for bookkeeping tasks.
  • Perform clerical tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.

**Experience**

  • Proven experience in an office administration role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
