Purpose of the role

The incumbent of this role will assist the brand and operations department with administrative tasks and will assure a good communication with international franchise partners.

Job description
- Create memos and different communications in order to inform International franchise partners;
- Assist with orders for supplies and other items for International franchise partners;
- Assist the department with projects and follow-ups with International franchise partners;
- Prepare weekly monitoring reports for International markets;
- Prepare and update strategic documents for International markets;
- Assist the department with store openings and construction projects;
- Assist the department with updates of marketing reference documents, visual presentation and operation;
- Participate in special projects if required.

**Requirements**:

- College degree or equivalent;
- 1-3 years of experience in the retail industry;
- Excellent communication skills in French and English;
- Excellent understanding of the retail and fashion industry;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
