**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Technology and Design Specialist is responsible for managing the

technical aspects of the marketing department to leverage data and technology in

- **Server Management**:

- Oversee and maintain marketing servers to ensure smooth operation and

data security.
- Manage server-related issues and coordinate with IT for technical support as

needed.
- **Website Development**:

- Develop and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly,

up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
- Implement new features and functionalities to enhance user experience.
- **Marketing Data Analysis**:

- Analyze marketing data to track performance, identify trends, and provide

actionable insights.
- Use data to develop and refine marketing strategies that drive growth and

increase market share.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials

including product illustrations, packaging, logos, advertisements, social

media, and video content.
- Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency across all

platforms.
- **Digital Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality digital videos for marketing campaigns, social

media, and other promotional activities.
- Ensure videos are engaging, informative, and aligned with the brand's

messaging.
- **SEO**:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online

visibility and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
- **Digital Product Coordination**:

- Coordinate the development and launch of digital products, ensuring all

technical aspects are executed flawlessly.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of

**Skills,**

**Experience & Training**:

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in server management, website development, and SEO.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in digital video editing.
- Excellent marketing data analysis capabilities.
- Experience with digital product coordination and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

**Work Environment**:

- Head Office Facility in Aurora, ON.
- In-office position exclusively.
- Occasional travel may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
