The Prep Montessori Daycare, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, is looking for a full-time **Child Care Assistant (CCA)** to be a teaching assistant in our Preschool Program.

You will be a part of a dynamic group of educators comprising of Early Childhood Educators (II & III), Experienced Montessori Teachers, and Trained Child Care Assistants.

**Your job description is to**:

- Provide a warm, caring and safe environment for all the children in your care
- Follow all the policies and procedures of The Prep
- Communicate with parents & colleagues in person, over the phone, and via an app
- Attend monthly staff meetings
- Complete daily cleaning duties as assigned

**You will take direction from and report to**:

- The Classroom Teacher, your designated Supervisor, the Office Manager, and the Director

**You must possess the following (BEFORE APPLYING)**:

- A CCA designation in Manitoba
- Completion of a 40 hour course in Child Development or Equivalent
- A Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate
- A Clean Criminal Record Check
- A Clean Child Abuse Registry Check

The wage range for this position is**:$16 - $17 an hour**.
