The Prep Montessori Daycare, in Charleswood, is looking for a full-time Child Care Assistant (CCA).

You will be a part of a dynamic group of educators comprising of Early Childhood Educators (II & III), Experienced Montessori Teachers, and Trained Child Care Assistants.

Your duties will include:

- Assisting the Head Montessori Teacher in your assigned classroom.
- Ensuring the safety of all children in your care.
- Leading engaging age appropriate activities as assigned (indoor & outdoor).
- Completing daily cleaning duties as assigned.

You must possess the following:

- A Child Care Assistant designation in Manitoba
- A Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate
- A Clean Criminal Record Check
- A Clean Child Abuse Registry Check

Priority will be given to Child Care Assistants who:

- Want to further their education in the field by becoming an ECE II or a MACTE/AMI Certified Montessori Teacher.
- Hold a North American Montessori Center Diploma.
- Have a degree in Early Childhood Education or Early Years Education from another country.
- Have previously worked as a Child Care Assistant in an early years Montessori program.
