**Duties**:

- Reception, Answer and respond to general phone inquiries in a professional, clear and courteous manner
- Accounts Payable, Record all payables and prepare vendor payments
- Accounts Receivable, Prepare customer invoices, record payments, collections when required.
- Assist with account and bank reconciliations
- Assist with payroll functions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly PST/GST/Payroll Remittances
- Proficient Data Entry in Accounting Software. Strong Knowledge of Sage Software required. Minimum 2 years experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general full cycle accounting practices
- Familiarity with accounting software Sage, Minimum 2 years
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation procedures
- Experience in budgeting and financial analysis is a plus

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sage Accounting Software: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
