As our Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication between clients, employees, and management. You'll be responsible for administrative tasks, scheduling, record-keeping, and assisting with various office functions to keep our team efficient and organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring professional and prompt communication.
- Maintain organized records, invoices, and documents, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and job assignments.
- Assist with project administration, including permits, client correspondence, and material orders.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized.
- Support payroll and bookkeeping functions as needed.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related tasks.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with construction or electrical industry operations is a plus
- Must be within 35 miles of Abbotsford, BC for easy commute.
