**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to both online and in-store customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Process orders, handle payments, and assist with order customization to meet customer preferences.
- Collaborate with our bakery team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery or pickup of customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details using our CRM system.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Daan Go Cake Lab, promoting our products and services with enthusiasm and passion.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Passion for baking and a love for sweet treats is a plus
- Must have your own laptop.
- Must be familiar with using social media

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
