We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company where your contributions will have an immediate impact.

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
As an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will:

- **Sales & Order Processing**: Process incoming orders accurately, provide quotes, and ensure timely follow-up to close sales.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **ERP Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our ERP system.

**Who You Are**:

- **Excellent Communicator**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer-Centric**: A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- **Sales-Oriented**: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Organized**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- **Experienced**: Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
