You will be working in a fast-paced, fun, and friendly environment where we prioritize excellent customer service and positive energy. We're looking for a well-rounded individual with a passion for helping people and strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Greet patients and visitors.
Answer questions and provide information to callers and visitors about the practice and procedures.
Generate new patient appointments.
Assist dentist with administrative work.
Assist with sterilization of instruments.

**Qualifications**:
**1 year experience as a dental receptionist in Canada(required)**. Friendly, sociable, and strong English skills are a must.
Ability to work in a faced-paced environment is a must.
Experience using dental office management software (ClearDent preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$21.42 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thornhill, ON L3T 0C4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
