HR & Executive Assistant (Volunteer)

**Responsibilities**:
**CEO Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing their calendar, and handling communications.
- Assist with document preparation, including reports and presentations for the CEO as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
**Human Resources Support**:
- Support HR processes such as managing volunteer records and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Facilitate volunteer orientation and training sessions, ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new volunteers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance volunteer engagement and retention.
- Serve as a point of contact for volunteers, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing ongoing support.
- Plan, organize, and execute team events, both virtual and in-person, to foster a positive and collaborative culture.
- Support the coordination of team-building activities and recognition programs to boost morale and engagement among staff and volunteers.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files in a digital format.
**Qualifications**:
- Interest in Business Administration, Human Resources, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the CEO and volunteers.
- Prior experience in volunteer management, event planning, or HR-related roles is a plus but not required.

**Commitment**

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 5 per week
