By joining the Lifting Solutions marketing team, you be contributing to a supportive, collaborative, and high performing team. You will be a trusted advisor to your internal colleagues and work with them to develop effective marketing strategies to achieve Lifting Solutions’ business goals in the international artificial lift market. You will plan and lead the execution of various marketing activities that build Lifting Solutions’ brand and reputation domestically and overseas and support its growth and sales objectives. In your day-to-day work, you will focus on campaign and content development and managing and expanding Lifting Solutions’ digital marketing channels and their impact, including web and social media.

This position is suited for an individual looking to bring their skills and experience to a company that sees immense opportunity both domestically and overseas and is primed to embrace the role of digital marketing in helping to further secure market position and growth sales. Reporting to the Marketing Director, it is an opportunity to put your skills to work in a supportive environment, try new things, and have a significant impact.

**Your Responsibilities**

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Build and uphold the Lifting Solutions brand and support the international expansion of our company through strategic marketing execution.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, ROAS, and KPIs)
- Content development to support Lifting Solutions’ international growth strategy developed for multiple channels including, but not limited to, industry papers, website, social media, etc.
- Support internal employee communications through content generation, writing and editing organizational messages, etc.
- Provide strategic market analysis and planning, and complete market segmentations and positioning analyses for new market expansion opportunities
- Develop and execute various marketing initiatives for: Business development and sales

**Your Qualifications and Experience**

This position requires the below minimum qualifications to successfully perform the job
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, and/or a suitably related field.
- Client and Team centric orientation and disposition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing personality that enjoys working with a team
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Strong data/information management skills and analytical capabilities
- Strong organizational skills, detail, and deadline oriented
- Self motivated, flexible, and able to thrive independently and in a team environment to meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license
- Position is based in Edmonton

**Your Skills**
- Superior written and verbal skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate with others.
- Intermediate marketing professional with 5+ years in a marketing role who has a thorough understanding of digital marketing.
- Experience with digital marketing with priority given to those with B2B marketing experience.Experience with digital content development and on-page SEO understanding
- Experience running social media ads and Google Ads (SEM, pay-per-click, and Display Ads) including building retargeting campaigns
- Digital marketing experience, including experience with social media management platforms and content management systems (CMS), specifically WordPress. Bonus points for experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
- Superior project management skills and strong problem-solving ability with a strong accountability
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a passion for connection.
- Excellent working knowledge using Microsoft 365 including PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams
- Experience working with Adobe creative, and/or other creative platforms is considered an asset.
- Self-starter with a drive for results, flexible, and able to thrive independently and in a team environment under pressure and handle ambiguous situations gracefully.
- Takes a ‘hands-on’ approach to delivering projects with a focus on best practices.
- Able to balance work and personal requirements while managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working outside of normal business hours when necessary.
