The business analyst supports the supply chain transformation project by connecting business requirements with the future technology landscape. The business analyst identifies goals, implements best practices, and provides support to build the foundations of the Integrated Supply Chain in Canada.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the project implementation and change effort within the Supply Chain to improve its overall efficiency and ensure a smooth transition to the future desirable state,- Evaluate the current state model to implement actions to build the future state,- Define project requirements by identifying milestones and phases,- Deliver analysis, project documentations, and animate workshops,- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as required,- Co-operates to find solutions with multifunctional teams based on various sites,- Monitor projects progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress report and recommend actions,- Keep project lead informed about the decisions made as well as the potential associated risks,- Suggest changes and improvements to project lead using analytics to support your recommendations,- Being an actor of the change by explaining and educating others.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Engineering- 4+ years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain Planning in industry or consulting- Solid written and verbal communication skills, ability to build working relationships with stakeholders and being a facilitator. (French and English)- ERP knowledge, required SAP
