**SUMMARY**:
Business Analysts are facilitators who bridge the gap between the business and technology, help inform decisions and deliver value by researching and understanding a business domain, eliciting & documenting needs, requirements & processes, defining & validating solutions, and supporting the implementation.

**ROLE & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Be a contributor to the Product Strategy
- Establish and develop relationships of trust with all stakeholders;
- Research, analyze, document, and understand existing business processes underlying our current customer experiences;
- Conduct research to identify, document, prioritize and present the pain points of the current processes;
- Collaborate with data analysts to perform quantitative analyses to confirm identified issues and explore new business opportunities;
- Collaborate in the definition of the criteria for product success, performance, effectiveness, and efficiency;
Participate in
- Work closely with different areas of expertise (UX, SA, PO) to define the future state and prioritize needs
- Define use cases, solution requirements (functional and non-functional) and associated business rules
- Prepare and conduct user-acceptance testing
- Ensure the risk and impact of the proposed business requirements and solutions on the systems is identified and understood by stakeholders;
Be an active member of the Business Analysis Practice
- Conduct benchmarking, and monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify market trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Participate actively in the dynamics and improvement projects of the BA team;
- Collaborate with your peers to maintain a level of consistency across products and processes, contributing to the growth of the team’s best practices, tools and processes;
- Participate and lead various knowledge-sharing activities
- Contribute to the collaborative and stimulating work environment
- Be a change agent & Agile mindset promoter
- Be connected to the industry to know tendencies and suggest innovative ideas

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering; A Master's degree in a relevant field would be an asset;
- At least five years of experience in business analysis or a related field;
- Solid understanding of business process redesign concepts and process improvement techniques;
- Skills in research, analysis, synthesis, process mapping, and documentation;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously;
- Proven experience in agile projects (Scrum, Kanban);
- Proficiency with tools for process mapping (Lucidchart, Visio), and project management (Azure DevOps, Jira);
- Understanding of digital customer experience concepts;
- Proficiency in English and French required.

**VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:
Contribuer à la stratégie des produits
- Établir et développer des liens de confiance avec toutes les parties prenantes;
- Rechercher, analyser, documenter et comprendre les processus d’affaires existants qui sous-tendent l’expérience actuelle de nos clients;
- Mener des recherches pour définir, documenter, hiérarchiser et présenter les points faibles de l’expérience client avec les processus actuels;
- Collaborer avec des analystes de données pour effectuer des analyses quantitatives afin de confirmer les problèmes définis et d’explorer de nouvelles possibilités commerciales;
- Collaborer à la définition des critères de réussite, de performance, d’efficacité et d’efficience des produits;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres groupes (UX, Tech, PO) dans la conception et priorisation de la solution;
- Définir des use cases, requis fonctionnels et non-fonctionnels et règles d’affaires
- Préparer et exécuter des UAT (user-acceptance-test)
- Veiller à ce que le risque et impact des exigences et des solutions proposées sur les système
