**The Role**

Reporting to the IT Security Manager of Governance, Risk and Compliance, the IT Security Business Analyst will be responsible for being a liaison with stakeholders from various Information Technology teams, gathering and analyzing IT Security Framework controls, documenting requirements, and processes, and testing compliance to ensure the requirements for controls and policies are met. This position requires an effective communicator who has initiative, is well organized, and has leadership skills that fosters working relationships to ensure business and technology requirements align and drive business value.

Reporting to IT Security Manager of Governance, Risk and Compliance, the IT Security Business Analyst will be responsible for:

- Being a liaison with stakeholders from various divisions
- Gathering and analyzing IT Security Framework controls
- Documenting requirements and processes
- Eliciting, documenting, validating, and communicating requirements
- Analyzing and documenting current and future state workflow processes
- Preparing and documenting test strategy, test scenarios, and test cases
- Testing compliance to ensure the requirements for controls and policies are met.
- Managing multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
- Liaising with stakeholders from various IT teams
- Acting as a Project Manager and Business Systems Analyst on various Cyber Security projects

The IT Security Business Analyst will be working with:

- The IT Business Management team to build resource and work plans that align with IT Security priorities
- The Senior Architecture team to design a solution that meets the requirements
- The IT Security Operations team for the development and testing of the controls
- The Technology Support team to document the support processes required to transition the support of the processes from the working project team to the technical support team

This position requires an effective communicator who has initiative, is well organized, and has leadership skills that fosters working relationships to ensure business and technology requirements align and drive business value.
