**Job description**

Riise Building Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator role is an important, fast-paced position with responsibilities including liaising with project team members, stakeholders, preparing and revising critical documentation, and supporting the Project Manager on a day-to-day basis. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth within the company.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

This role involves multiple aspects of construction projects at various stages of completion. The role will be dynamic, with varied responsibilities depending on the type and size of the project and phases.
- Assist with creating documentation for project RFPs including reviewing RFP documents and drawings; and communication
- Prepare submittal logs
- Prepare contract documents
- Prepare and distribute RFPs complete with drawings and specifications
- Create and manage daily project reports
- Create and manage monthly reports
- Conduct site photography
- Chair Health and Safety committee
- Order site materials
- Prepare site layout plan
- Prepare consultant and trade directory
- Maintain shop drawing log
- Assist with creation of project schedules, workflows, and construction cost estimates/invoices
- Liaising with the project team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Organizing meetings between clients, staff, and subcontractors; taking, organizing, and distributing meeting minutes

**Education**
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Degree or Diploma from an accredited community college (Engineering or Architectural Technologist)

**Skills & Abilities**
- Experience working in contracting or construction industry
- Understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, standards, and codes
- Ability to read and understand Request for Proposal and bid request documents
- Experience with Procore and BlueBeam
- Experience with construction cost estimation (preferred)
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write technical documents, requests for information, and bid documents
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders across various projects
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage numerous aspects of projects in different phases of completion
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
