**Goldenlink Academy is a well-established private secondary school that specializes in providing Ontario Secondary School courses, ESL courses and tutoring. Our goal is to provide a supporting environment and discover potential in all our students.**

**We are currently looking for a recruitment officer with great expertise in recruiting and marketing for our academic programs: (1) In-person and online OSSD high school credit course program: Gr 9-12 domestic and international students (full-time & part-time); (2) After School academic program: Gr 1-12, local students.**

**The Recruitment Officer will**:

- Recruit students for our school (**commission**) and provide educational consulting for potential customers
- Establish and implement online and/or offline marketing strategies for domestic and international student admission and recruitment.
- Create, maintain and introduce a list of agencies, agents and immigration offices recruiting students of diverse backgrounds
- Participate in student recruitment functions including hosting presentations/ seminars to groups of prospective students/ parents/ stakeholders.
- Assist with marketing-related activities, including content writing, social media management (e.g. wechat, google), creating marketing material (i.e., flyers, brochures)
- Be in contact with parents, agencies, others where appropriate, in Ontario and Asia regarding students coming to secondary school

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Previous experience for recruiting students and working with educational agencies
- Understanding of Ontario Secondary School System
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and Mandarin (preferred)
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently & within a group

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
