**THE ROLE**:
We're on the hunt for a full-time Salary NIGHT Manager to join our salary leadership team. This position offers a competitive salary over a five-day work week.

**Flexible Schedule**:

- We believe in a healthy work life balance, so schedules will need to meet the needs of the business and the individual.
- MUST be able to work a couple of late night closes per week.
- 3 weeks paid vacation.

**Training**:

- Our program focuses on both professional and personal skills, tailored for success in the hospitality industry.
- Training is ongoing.

**Growth**:

- Join a growing business with expanding sales and internal opportunities. We're looking to venture into new markets, offering potential entrepreneurship opportunities down the line.
- Opening new locations in the near future.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to work varied hours, including late nights
- Knowledge about driving sales and meeting financial goals
- Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees
- Customer service focus and quality orientated
- High energy level, with a tolerance for stressful situations
- Able to successfully coach and manage people
- Driven toward personal development
- Computer Skills: Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Serve it Right Certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
