Job Duties
- Ensure the Human Resource Department complies with Federal and Provincial laws
- Follow-up with all resignations and track employee turnover.
- Ensure effective exit interviews are conducted with office staff and front-line staff.
- Speak to department Managers on employee performance concerns.
- Review tracking of recruitment to ensure the most productive advertising mediums are being utilized.
- Aid in recruitment efforts by performing interviews, screenings, and recruitment for entry level, professional and technical job openings.
- Handle all employee concerns; investigate employee concerns and questions ensuring all concerns are followed through from beginning to end.
- Maintain accurate, up to date and complete personnel records.
- Communicate to internal stakeholders in regard to Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations.
- Provide resolutions to employee relations issues by adhering to the company investigation policy and procedures.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience in a human resources role.
- Bachelor's degree or post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management.
- Effective communication skills.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent typing skills, including proper spelling and grammar.
- Presentation skills required.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
- Health and Safety experience is an asset.

Pay: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
