**About Peak Medical Group**:
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a **Medical Office Assistant (MOA)** to join our Sleep Division. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day operations, manage patient referrals and appointments, and ensure smooth communication between patients and the clinical team. This position reports to the **Administrative Operations Manager**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Triage incoming sleep referrals and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Schedule sleep-related appointments, including sleep studies, follow-ups, CPAP trials, and PFT/ABG testing.
- Maintain accurate patient charts, track sleep studies, and manage reports.
- Provide excellent patient service by answering phones, coordinating care, and communicating effectively with the team.
- Support clinic operations, including ordering supplies and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or GED (post-secondary diploma/certificate preferred).
- Minimum **1 year of MOA experience**.
- Experience with **EMR systems** (Med Access preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
