The Centre for Sleep & Human Performance (CSHP) is recruiting physicians with an interest in Sleep Medicine with backgrounds in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Respirology and Neurology.

CSHP is a growing, state-of-the-art medical facility dedicated to the expert evaluation, diagnosis, and management of sleep disorders. Our mission is to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care within a community-focused setting, helping patients achieve better health and performance through improved sleep.

CSHP is fully accredited as a Level I, II and III Sleep Centre by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Our sleep services include comprehensive in-lab (Level I) polysomnography for both diagnostic and titration studies, unattended home-based full (Level II) polysomnography and portable (Level III) cardiorespiratory testing.

In addition to our clinical work, CSHP maintains strong academic affiliations with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary as an official teaching site, and with the Institute of Public Health for population research focusing on the relationship of sleep to health and human performance.

Our medical clinic is a fully electronic office with excellent managerial and administrative staff that operate efficiently to provide physicians with a supportive working environment.

Successful candidates will be trained in the clinical and technical aspects of sleep medicine under the supervision of the Medical Director who is Board Certified in Sleep Medicine.

There are no on-call requirements or weekend hours; full or part-time hours are available. Overhead is low with the opportunity for fee-for-service and additional third-party income.
