Demand Generation Specialist

As an ABM/Demand Generation Specialist at Field Effect, you will:

- Support and improve the existing ABM opportunity identification work underway to enable our BDR and account executive teams’ success
- Leverage the company’s marketing leads, house list contacts, and intent-based segments and ABM signals to identify direct customer accounts for key MSP partners to sell to.
- Develop and manage the to-partner lead passing and monitoring process, working with operations, marketing, sales and partners
- Field Effect has identified a small set of prospects as Target Accounts it seeks to win. Lead the Marketing effort for this audience by managing their segment in our ABM tools, and by suggesting, testing, and managing as appropriate marketing and sales tactics to support the goals of winning this important segment.
- Support the sales-marketing data and reporting system, helping to make it more efficient and effective.

**Experience and skills we look for**:

- 5+ years of demonstrated success in Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, or Partner Marketing, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with ABM/intent platforms in sales or marketing roles; familiarity with 6sense is a strong asset.
- Expertise in creating and managing marketing audiences through strategic audience segmentation.
- Proficient in handling Marketing and Sales data using marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot.
- Experience working with customer and sales data within CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
