- Machine Operation: Operate and oversee printing equipment, ensuring proper settings for

different substrates and designs.
- Design Preparation: Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to create and process designs

suitable for sublimation printing.
- Material Handling: Load rolls onto the printing equipment, ensuring correct placement alignment and PMS color with accurate profiles.
- Quality Control: Monitor the printing process for color accuracy, clarity, and overall quality of printed products, adjusting as needed.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on the printing machinery to ensure optimal

performance and troubleshooting of minor issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of print jobs, material usage, equipment maintenance, and any operational issues encountered.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in operating sublimation printing equipment. Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator for design preparation.
- Prior experience in sublimation printing operations within the têxtile, or related industries is

preferred.
- Prepares, aligns, and configures machinery, ink, rollers, and paper. Inspects proof sheets to evaluate the quality of printing.
- Adjust printing machinery to meet quality standards and specifications.
- Ability to ensure precise color reproduction and print quality, maintaining consistency in output.
- Capability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
- Ability to work with various substrates and adjust settings to accommodate different materials.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
