When working as a **Maintenance Technician/Industrial Mechanic** for **Formula Solutions Inc**, you will have the opportunity to embark on an exciting career path

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work will include a high level of problem solving, with hands-on execution of solutions when installing and maintaining manufacturing equipment, including but limited to pumps, presses, robotic cells, CNC and conventional machining equipment, lifting equipment and proprietary composites processing equipment.
- General facility maintenance jobs will also be included in daily responsibilities, including installation and maintenance of lighting, HVAC, plumbing and general building upkeep.
- Must be able to competently operate all manors of hand and machine tools including saws, drills, mills, lathes and welders.
- Must be independent, reliable, and flexible. Able to accommodate rapid change for various engineering and production demands. Able to work with mínimal supervision and direction.
- The technician will be tasked with documentation of work performed using Microsoft Excel,

Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Create maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment; perform scheduled maintenance.
- Select and maintain an inventory of spare parts.
- The position requires the ability to make independent decisions and communicate detailed observations.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 years of technical maintenance, industrial mechanic, or millwrighting experience
- Experienced operating machine and hand tools on variety of materials and machines
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Lift 50lbs

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Technology Degree or Millwright ticket (433a)
- Experience working in an aerospace, AS9100 or NADCAP environment.
- Forklift, scissor lift, crane competency

**Salary**: $21.90-$39.86 per hour
