This is an in-person position; therefore, you must reside in Victoria, BC at the time of hire.

INTRODUCTION:

As a Client Success Coordinator (CSC), you'll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of clients. This role is all about creating clarity, driving engagement, and making sure every client feels supported and valued. You'll also work closely with internal teams and clients to coordinate projects, track progress, and keep communication flowing.

From scheduling strategic meetings to managing approvals and maintaining documentation, you'll be the hub that connects people, processes, and priorities.
