***Key Responsibilities**:
**Kitchen Support Duties**:

- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping, etc.)
- Set up and clean kitchen workstations before and after use
- Refill kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed
- Unpack and store deliveries following food safety standards
- Assist with dishwashing during busy periods

**Cleaning & Hygiene Duties**:

- Perform daily cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Empty garbage bins and ensure proper waste disposal
- Maintain hygiene standards in storage and preparation areas
- Follow resort cleaning protocols and health & safety guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or housekeeping role (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good physical stamina (ability to stand for long hours and lift moderate loads)
