**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for a self-motivated and persuasive **Lead Generation Specialist** to help us attract new clients for our services, which include education consulting, video content creation, influencer campaigns, and marketing solutions.

This is ideal for freelancers or marketing-savvy individuals who know how to **spark conversations that lead to conversions.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify target audiences across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, local groups, etc.)
- Send cold messages, follow-ups, or voice notes to generate interest in services
- Qualify leads based on criteria: interest, need, budget, and contact readiness
- Schedule calls, appointments, or form submissions for the sales team
- Maintain clear tracking of outreach efforts and lead quality in CRM or shared sheets
- Collaborate with sales closers and marketing team for campaign alignment
- Report weekly performance and adjust outreach strategy based on results

**Requirements**:

- Experience in lead generation, outreach, appointment setting, or sales (freelance or agency)
- Knowledge of social media outreach techniques and tools (Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Self-motivated, persistent, and target-oriented
- Ability to work remotely with strong time management
- Bonus: experience in education, digital marketing, or influencer spaces

**Compensation**:

- Commission paid for **each qualified lead** that meets criteria and completes intake
- Bonus payments available based on monthly lead volume or conversion rate
- No cap on earnings — the more you bring, the more you earn

- Potential to evolve into lead manager or affiliate program coordinator
