We are searching for the next star to lead our coordinators in our service team as the Supervisor, Service Coordination. This role can be located in Edmonton, Calgary, or Fort McMurray and is pivotal in aligning our service team’s efforts and ensuring proper efficiencies and quality that all BGE customers have come to expect.
The day-to-day activities of our Supervisor, Service Coordination will include:

- Service Solution Delivery - leading the team of service coordinators and developing the service schedules, coordinating service work and billing of service work for the field technicians. Ensuring all service billings are submitted accurately and on time while working with internal departments within BGE while continually working to create efficiencies.
- Client Experience - Building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders and being a point of contact for customer complaints or escalations.
- Team Coaching and Support - Lead a team of Service Coordinators while coaching the team in ensuring quality and efficiencies in billing, analysis and inventory. The Manager will participate in building and leading the team in their overall day-to-day people metrics and performance.
- 2-4+ years of Service Coordination experience in a similar industrial industry
- 1-2 years experience of leading a team from a remote location.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or a similar ERP system is an asset
